30 minute low-impact workout for the core. Basic floor exercises designed to strengthen and sculpt the abdominals.
BodyBlitz
An intensified total body workout designed to shed those unwanted pounds and add definition through rounds of timed cardio and strength movements. No matter what your athletic background may be, this class is designed to bring out the athlete in all of us.
CardioPump
An hour of high energy, moderate intensity cardio and weight training. Cardio and strength intervals are done to burn fat and promote muscle growth.
CoreCamp
Exercises designed to strengthen the abs and back circuit style. 45 minutes.
FitCamp
High intensity sport's conditioning class that focuses on improving strength, agility, and speed. You will use a variety of equipment during the workout which lasts 30 minutes to one hour.
Pilates
Low-impact movements are performed to develop core strength and coordination. This class also improves posture and tones muscles. 45 min.-1 hr.
PowerPump
Total-body strengthening and toning session for all of the major muscle groups. A variety of equipment will be used in this class. Low to moderate impact. 30 min. - 1 hr.
Spinning
Indoor cycling. Low-impact, high intensity cardio workout. One hour. There is a charge for this class to help maintain equipment.
TripleThreat
A total-body class broken down into 3 parts: 20 minutes of strength training, 20 minutes of cardiovascular and endurance work, and 20 minutes of core/abdominal work.
TurboKick
Fast-pace, energetic, high intensity kickboxing interval workout. Basic kickboxing combinations are choreographed to the music. 45 min. - 1 hr.
XFactor
A high-intensity conditioning class designed to increase speed, strength, and endurance.

Traditional Yoga postures and basic flexibility exercises. One hour.
Zumba
Latin Style dance class with easy to follow moves that you can make your own. One hour.
